Technical scope
OkiYep operates strictly as a voluntary profile sharing relay and point-of-sale transmission tool. The service does not process payments, handle escrow, or store financial credentials of any kind. Participating merchants are solely responsible for their own point-of-sale hardware integration and compliance.
All data transmissions depend on active, bill-specific user consent via the companion Android application. Transmission integrity is maintained through short-lived transaction identifiers, ensuring data never moves without explicit local approval.
Finality of consent
Transaction-level consent is voluntary and final once explicitly approved by the user for that specific bill.
