Access your Android device settings to remove local OkiYep cache, stored preferences, and saved profile defaults.

Initiate account removal inside the companion app or send a verified request to [SUPPORT_EMAIL] to clear active cloud sync tokens.

Get prompt verification once your profile record and authentication tokens are permanently removed from our active database.

Important boundary

Deletion cannot retroactively recall or purge records previously transmitted to independent retailer POS systems.

Because OkiYep operates via field-by-field selective disclosure, participating merchants retain only the specific data fields you explicitly approved during past checkouts. To remove those records, please contact each merchant directly.
